Frames: Our picture frames utilise high-quality, sustainably sourced wood that is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified and managed by experienced picture framers. The high-quality wood frames are modern thinline, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a natural satin finish. Our framed prints also include an elegant off-white, acid-free mount that surrounds the image and will not discolour or fade with age.
Glaze: Coveside framed prints come with Acrylic Plexiglass; providing increased UV protection and less glare than float glass.
Paper: Your selected image will be printed using premium, fine art paper using a Gicleé printing process. The Enhanced Matte Art (EMA) substrate is a premium-quality heavyweight paper with a gently textured surface - this 200gsm museum-quality paper is extremely consistent and works perfectly with large, full colour graphics, photography and illustrations.
Delivery: Our framed prints are delivered ready for hanging and shipped with bubble wrap and strong, double walled cardboard boxes with packing tape to ensure maximum protection.

Orders that are shipped using the complimentary "free shipping" option will have their products shipped free of chrage using the most affordable shipping method - usually via Australia post (Tracked). This method can take from 5 days in metropolitan city areas, sometimes up to 14 days to remote or country sites. $15 Flat Rate Shipping (Australia Wide)
Flat rate shipping (for purchases under $99) is charged at $15 which covers delivery anywhere in Australia. For items needing international shipping, a flat rate of $35 is charged.
$22.95 Expedited / Express Tracked Shipping within Australia: 3 - 6 days.
Orders that are shipped using the expedited option will have their products shipped using the most affordable/fastest shipping method at the time - usually via Auspost Express, Startrack, TOLL or TnT (Tracked). Customers selecting this option will be issued tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Coveside reserves the right to alter or change freight partners without notice due to changes in delivery efficiencies, regional network access or overall cost.
We will update this notice accordingly but due to ongoing and abnormally long delays experienced by the Australia Post network to the North West of Australia, we strongly suggest selecting the "Express delivery" option at checkout. As we are at the mercy of Australia Post's systems and our other courier partners, Coveside will not be held liable for any resulting expense or financial loss caused due to postage delays.
Local Delivery, Geraldton Metro Area: Within 3 business days.
From time to time Coveside will offer complimentary local delivery within the Geraldton region (within 10km of Geraldton City) this is entirely dependant on our base stock levels. If you are located in the City of Geraldton and looking to purchase a particular print (you've left your birthday/Christmas shopping to the last minute) and would like urgent delivery, please send us an email to see if your particular choice is in stock locally.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Coveside is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please read the following policy carefully.
Consumer Guarantees and Faulty Items
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if our products fail to meet consumer guarantees. This includes items that are faulty, significantly different from their description, or do not perform as reasonably expected. If you believe your towel has a manufacturing defect or does not match the advertised specifications, please contact us at hello@coveside.com.au within 30 days of purchase. We may request photographs or further information to assess the issue.
Change of Mind Returns
Although we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs and ensure you remain a happy customer. If you find yourself dissatisfied for reasons other than a defect or misrepresentation, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
How to Initiate a Return

Framed Print Info
Our sizing options (Small 40x60cm, Medium 50x70cm, Large 60x90cm, Extra Large 70x100cm) always referes to the external edge of the wood frame or canvas and not the internal image size. I.E. a small 40x60cm framed print will therefore mean an 40x60cm frame (natural wood) with an elegant off-white border mount inside of this and then a roughly 15% smaller fine art image printed within this white mount (image closer to 30x50cm sized).
As images are framed by hand there are often small variances within sizes, please allow a 5% tolerance in precise measurements.

Please note - product images of our framed print products are often generated mockups and not a 100% representation of the exact same framed colour or final tonal balance that may appear in the delivered product.
